DICTATION SYSTEM
Our call-in system is a DVI/Lanier digital dictation system, and we transcribe using Microsoft Word. Following completion of dictation, we would send files back by FTP.

Our staff of medical transcriptionists each have no less than 5 years of transcription experience and their combined experience equals over 60 years. Our medical transcriptionists have experience in all aspects of medical specialties including, but are not limited to: Cardiology, Internal Medicine, Emergency Room, Surgery, Orthopedics (chiropractic and physical therapy), OB-GYN, discharge summaries, progress notes, history and physicals.

We pride ourselves in the longevity we have established with our clients. To insure customer satisfaction, continuing medical education and continuous updating of confidentiality and HIPAA requirements are a must at TransPro.
